Estate Sales
An estate sale is a liquidation sale of the home's contents which is held
on-site over two to three days. During the sale, our goal is to sell as many items as possible for the highest reasonable price, in order to maximize proceeds for the estate.
Prior to the estate sale the client should remove any items from the home that they plan to keep or give away. We will inspect, sort, research and price the remaining contents in preparation for the sale. Then we will stage the home and take photos for advertising.
Our advertising package includes postings on estatesales.net, facebook marketplace, craigslist, and our own facebook page. We include up to 120 photos of contents and descriptions of selected items. On sale days we utilize up to 12 strategically placed road signs to attract additional buyers and guide them to the estate sale.

Clean Outs
Regardless of how successful an estate sale might be, inevitably there
will be unsold items left after the sale. If the home is to be sold to settle
the estate, it's often necessary for the property to be cleaned out prior to closing. These may include heavy furniture, glassware, shelving, barbeque grills, home maintenance supplies, etc.
That's where we come in.
To save you the time, stress and hassle of cleaning out the home and any outbuildings, we can use our resources to remove all leftover items from the property and arrange for their donation to charity or disposal.
The final product will be a completely empty and broom swept home that
is ready for the market. Pricing for a clean out is determined by the
amount and weight of the contents and the distance to the charitable organization or waste facility. The cost of the clean out can often be covered by a portion of the estate sale proceeds.
